Where does my order ship from?
Items ship from Canada.

Why isn't free shipping available?
Importing products into Canada comes with significant costs, including international shipping, customs, and duties—expenses many U.S. retailers don’t face. Because we absorb these additional costs to bring products into Canada, we’re unable to offer free shipping.

Will my order be subject to duties and taxes?
If you're in Canada, no! Canadian customers can enjoy customs and duty free purchases. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, brokerage and import fees, and you will be responsible for any fees that are applied to your shipment upon entering your country.

How will my order ship within Canada?
Most Canadian orders ship via UPS or Canada Post.

I’m located outside Canada — how do international orders ship?
U.S. and international orders typically ship via Canada Post and are delivered by the local postal service (USPS in the U.S.), unless the size or destination of the order requires an alternative courier.

My shipping address has changed since I placed my pre-order, what can be done?
If your address has changed since placing your order, it is your responsibility to inform us of this prior to the order shipping. We cannot change an order that has already been shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed.

I can't choose my location to ship to, why?
If you're unable to complete your order based on your location, please contact us! We can search for the best shipping methods available to you.

Is tracking and insurance included?
Absolutely! All items ship with a tracking number as well as insured for the total value of your order.
