Terms of service


ALL SALES ARE FINAL
on both pre-order and in-stock items. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-orders are non-cancellable, as inventory is reserved with our suppliers and cannot be reversed. Order cancellations will not be granted due to price differences found elsewhere or buyer’s remorse.

International Orders: Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges set by your country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and may need to be paid before delivery. Please check your country’s import rules and fees before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.

Pre-Orders: Estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to supplier delays. Orders will ship once inventory arrives in Canada. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to changes to estimated arrival dates, or if products are available from other retailers sooner. A pre-order will not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Combined Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship once all items are available.

Packaging: Items are shipped to us in factory-sealed cases and may have packaging imperfections straight from the factory. Mint condition boxes cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that some wear may be present and would not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, we will require photos/videos of the damage so that we can file a claim with the courier. A claim can take 4-8 weeks to complete, at which time a replacement will be issued (if available) or a refund once the claim has been processed. The item(s) may be required to be sent to the courier for review/destruction.

In the event a pre-order item or order is approved for cancellation, all orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover non-refundable processing and administrative costs.
