Shipping Information for U.S. Customers

Great news for our U.S. customers!

All orders shipping to the United States are sent via USPS, which helps avoid the higher brokerage and clearance fees often associated with private couriers like UPS or FedEx. Currently, USPS shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no import fees due before or at delivery. Please refer to this page for shipping information, as shipping options and terms are subject to change.

If you prefer to ship via a private courier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote. Please note that any import duties, clearance, or brokerage fees associated with private couriers will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Combination Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)

    • In-stock items ship immediately.
    • Pre-order items ship once all products associated with the applicable pre-order window are in stock and ready to ship.
